I am responsible for the network portion of the internal IT infrastructure. This includes configuring and installing network devices, monitoring network conditions and responding to issues, operating and maintaining internal server systems, installing and managing Windows clients, managing security, user management, and other wide-ranging areas. Effective communication with customers is essential for smooth work.
